Job Description
JOB DETAILS:
Location: Portugal (Portuguese residency required)
Work model: Hybrid (Porto or Lisbon 1x per week)
DAYTODAY DUTIES:
- Develop and maintain highquality web applications using Angular (Version 10) focusing on performance responsiveness and accessibility.
- Write clean maintainable code in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript utilizing advanced features to create complex user interfaces.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs GraphQL or WebSockets into the frontend.
- Ensure high standards of frontend development using HTML5 CSS3 and preprocessors like SASS/SCSS while ensuring responsive and accessible design principles.
- Manage application state effectively with tools such as NgRx or Akita.
- Participate in Agile development processes (Scrum Kanban) contributing to sprint planning standups and retrospectives using tools like JIRA Trello or Azure DevOps.
- Use version control (Git) to manage code handle branch management and contribute to pull request workflows.
- Write unit and endtoend tests with tools such as Jasmine Karma Protractor or Cypress to ensure the reliability and quality of applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of professional experience working with Angular (Version 10) including Angular CLI RxJS and state management tools (NgRx or Akita).
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript for building complex web applications.
- Strong experience with HTML5 CSS3 and preprocessors (SASS/SCSS) with a focus on responsive and accessible design.
- Handson experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs GraphQL or WebSockets.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and experience using tools like JIRA Trello or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with Git including branch management and pull request workflows.
- Experience with unit testing (Jasmine Karma) and endtoend testing (Protractor Cypress).
