Job Description
- Maintaining computer networks and systems including software routers and other physical hardware.
- Provides support for WAN and LAN network connectivity or related network issues for the user community.
- Configure network devices as directed.
- Troubleshoot the network services (printing email service internet access file sharing).
- Analyzes network activity and network problems to discover and prevent systematic errors.
- Apply and implement visualization Technologies on different platforms and applications visualization (VMware HyperV).
- Backup and restore users files.
- Install manage and configure server backup solutions.
- Handles Exchange office 365 Mailboxes and Archives.
- Run scripts and programs that automate repetitive tasks and data transfer on ITrelated systems/Tools.
- Ensure timely solution of all firstlevel problems with minimum supervision.
- Working with employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software.
- Test new products run regular maintenance checks and keep up to date with information security issues.
- Train employees across multiple departments on network operations including login procedures network management software permissions printing issues security and use of software.
- Assist in IT technical support for local and remote users.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
