Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist in shortlisting potential candidates from a diverse pool of applicants.
- Post job openings and analyze ad performance.
- Proactively source top talent on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and its opportunities.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders i.e. team members and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Other tasks assigned by the CEO or Senior HR Manager.
Requirements
- Open to candidates of any nationality.
- Available for a minimum 5month internship.
- Recent graduates or finalyear bachelors or masters students.
- Previous internship or extracurricular experience is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Passionate about helping candidates align their career goals with company opportunities.
- Strong storytelling skills to engage candidates effectively.
- Quick learner with a serviceoriented mindset.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
