Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential clients via phone email and other communication channels to promote products and services.
  • Manage a pipeline of sales leads converting prospects into new customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native German speaker with strong English proficiency.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication persuasion and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Goaloriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • Location: Onsite in Valencia.
