About the Role:
Cross Border Talents in collaboration with a partner company in the banking sector is on the lookout for Customer Advisors to join a vibrant team in Porto. If you have a German C1 with English B2 proficiency and youre passionate about delivering exceptional customer service this opportunity is for you!

Schedules:

• Rotative Shifts: MondayFriday 7am to 10pm

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: 950EUR (x14 months)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 200EUR (per month)
• Language Bonus: 450EUR (Fixedper month)
• Meal Allowance: 167.86 per month (net)
• Total Monthly Income: up to 1 926EUR
• Relocation Package: Flight ticket 3 weeks of accommodation

Your Mission:

• Serve as the single point of contact for bank clients handling inquiries through chat email and phone.
• Guide customers on navigating the online banking portal and assist with troubleshooting.
• Provide information on product offerings marketing campaigns and branch services.
• Salesoriented support promoting the banks product range and forwarding order requests to branches and consultants.
• Manage card blocking PIN/TAN orders and process income statements forms and other requests.
• Facilitate customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and forwarding concerns to quality management.
• Handle appointment scheduling and mediation processes for Wealth Management and other units.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in German (native) and English (B2).
• Previous experience in Customer Service (preferable) with a dynamic proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
