We are on the lookout for a driven professional to grow and manage client relationships close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. In this role your goal is to promote our clients products and services while building longterm partnerships to drive revenue. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth while contributing to the success of our client.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring excellent service and satisfaction through timely communication via email phone and web chat.
- Drive sales by upselling crossselling and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Ensure customers receive their products and services on time track client metrics and manage projects that align with both client and company goals.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues efficiently ensuring a smooth resolution process.
- Share ideas for improving processes and mentoring junior team members.
- Meet deadlines while handling multiple client accounts.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in relevant training.
Skills/ Requirements:
- BA Degree in Business Marketing or any other related field
- Experience in Sales or in a similar role is a must
- Relationship building and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge or Experience of Account Management
- Analytical thinking

Salary depends on experience: 18K 24K EUR Gross/ Year commissions

- 100 account opening bonus for each banking account
