Senior Azure Stack HCI Migration Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Azure Stack HCI Migration Specialist to lead enterpriselevel migrations to Azure Stack HCI. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in hybrid cloud environments and project management skills to ensure successful transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Migration Strategy Development: Conduct indepth assessments of client infrastructures to develop tailored migration strategies utilizing Azure Stack HCI and related tools.

Technical Implementation: Oversee the entire migration process using Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery addressing technical challenges while optimizing performance.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with clients defining project timelines deliverables and ensuring effective resource allocation.

PostMigration Support: Provide comprehensive training and documentation to clients enabling them to manage and optimize their new Azure Stack HCI environments effectively.

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators and monitoring solutions to evaluate migration success and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

Experience: 1015 years of experience in cloud migration specifically with Azure Stack HCI.

Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in Azure Migrate Azure Stack HCI and Windows Server virtualization technologies (HyperV).

Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and orchestration.

Strong understanding of networking concepts storage solutions and data protection in hybrid environments.

Experience with ITIL best practices and Agile project management methodologies.

Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies within Azure ecosystems.

Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to manage client relationships effectively and deliver clear presentations.
