Job Description
At Cross Border Talents we provide recruitment services for companies seeking talent in customer support and sales. Partnering with companies that have a high demand in these fields can open up plenty of opportunities for you as a job seeker.
Responsibilities:
- Make inbound and outbound calls to the advertisers regarding their advertisements and budgets.
- Evaluate the social media advertisement analytics.
- Detect trends and undesirable developments at an early stage and apply your ideas to a powerful advertising campaign.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) successful calls (average 24 minutes) successful implementation of marketing strategies as per desired quotas attendance pitch rate (number of successful implementations of different campaigns).
Requirements:
- Dutch (Native or C2).
- English (C1).
- Preferably 1 year of sales/marketing experience (but not mandatory).
What we offer:
- Base salary: 33000 euro gross annual (2750 euro gross per month).
- Performance bonus: Up to 7500 euros annually.
- Language Bonus: 300 euros per month.

- 4 weeks of training (fully paid).
- Edenred Voucher Card For every full month and 100% attendance you get 40 euro on your voucher card (net).
- Refer a Friend Bonus.
- Relocation Bonus: Up to 1900 euro if you relocate from outside Germany to Berlin. Upto 700 euro if you relocate from other cities in Germany to Berlin (minimum 100km away from Berlin).

- Fitness Free membership to Urban Sports Club.
