Exp: 3 7 yrs
Job Description:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in COBOL JCL DB2 VSAM MVS Endeavor TSO CICS ControlM and basic IBM utilities.
- Analyze intricate mainframe programs identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
- Production Support: Maintain systems in the mainframe environment.
- Handle production incidents promptly and effectively.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with product owners to align with the product roadmap.
- Facilitate agile events (sprint planning daily standups retrospectives).
- Metrics and Transparency: Maintain performance metrics (e.g. burndown charts) for transparency.
- Coordinate efforts across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Root Cause Analysis: investigate incidents thoroughly providing root cause analysis.
- Initiate performance improvements based on batch cycle trends.
