Plate production Responsibilities :

perform assigned duties to the best of his ability under the direction of his
executive leader) Production Oversight: Manage and
monitor all activities in the Plate Production department, ensuring alignment
with PPC targets. Process Audits: Conduct audits of
production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Daily and Weekly Meetings: Attend
daily production and weekly quality meetings. Material and Resource Management: Ensure
timely availability of materials and manage manpower planning in coordination
with HR and the production team. Data Entry and Reporting: Ensure
timely SAP entries for production, PR, and rejections; maintain production
reports, including DPR, rejection reports, manpower plan vs. actual, KPI,
shift schedules, OEE, and other key metrics. WIP and Reconciliation: Conduct
monthly WIP reports and perform daily and monthly raw material
reconciliations. Machine Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance for timely machine upkeep and
preventive maintenance. Rejection Control: Maintain floor
rejection levels within limits in the Plate Production department. ISO and Internal Audit Preparation: Prepare
and maintain all records required for internal and ISO audits. Accountability :
