Overview: We are seeking a skilled and analytical IT Systems Analyst to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements and system objectives.

   • Define and document detailed system requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.

2. System Design and Development:

   • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system design documents.
   • Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
   • Participate in the design and development of new systems enhancements and integrations.

3. System Testing and Quality Assurance:

   • Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
   • Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
   • Identify and resolve issues bugs and discrepancies during testing and implementation phases.

4. Implementation and Deployment:

   • Coordinate with IT teams to plan and execute system deployments upgrades and migrations.
   • Ensure smooth transition and integration of new systems into existing infrastructure and business processes.
   • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance during system implementation and postimplementation phases.

5. System Maintenance and Support:

   • Monitor system performance identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve system reliability and efficiency.
   • Provide ongoing support maintenance and troubleshooting for systems and applications.
   • Respond to and resolve user inquiries incidents and service requests related to IT systems.

6. Documentation and Training:

   • Create and maintain system documentation including technical specifications user guides and process documentation.
   • Provide training and support to endusers on system functionality usage and best practices.
   • Ensure documentation is kept uptodate with system changes enhancements and configurations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst Business Analyst or similar role in IT systems development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in system analysis methodologies requirements gathering and documentation practices.
• Experience with system design development lifecycle and software testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure networks databases and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills.
