- Responding to user requests for technical assistance via phone and email
- Working with Microsoft cloud solutions for business
- Diagnosing and resolving workstation and server hardware and software issues
- Performing basic routine server maintenance tasks including; backup/recovery testing patch management antimalware cleanup and server log review on Microsoft servers
- Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention
- Logging and tracking all help desk interactions into ticketing system
- Completing projects related to workstation and server configuration as assigned
- Creating documentation for internal standards and endusers
- Following standard procedures
Do you have ...
- 5 years experience in customer facing support with Windows desktops
- 5 years working with Windows servers AD and Azure management
- Outstanding ability to work with customers demonstrating professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Ability to timemanage and meet deadlines
- High integrity and consider confidentiality important
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
