Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Technology Analyst to join our team. The Technology Analyst will play a crucial role in evaluating and implementing technology solutions to enhance business operations and support strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of technology trends analytical skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Technology Assessment and Evaluation:
- Evaluate existing technology systems processes and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
- Assess emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions that align with business goals.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for technology projects.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to determine the best approach for implementing new solutions.

Project Management and Implementation:
- Manage technology projects from initiation to completion ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including IT business units and vendors to execute project plans effectively.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for system issues and user inquiries.
- Implement solutions to resolve technical challenges and optimize system performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data from technology systems to derive insights and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports dashboards and metrics to stakeholders on technology performance and utilization.

Security and Compliance:
- Ensure technology systems and processes comply with security policies regulations and industry standards.
- Implement measures to safeguard data integrity and privacy across all technology platforms.

Training and Documentation:
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on new technology solutions and features.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base for technology systems and procedures.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Identify opportunities for automation efficiency gains and innovation within technology operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to propose strategic initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- X years of experience as a Technology Analyst Systems Analyst or in a similar role preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems networks databases and software applications.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile Scrum JIRA).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problemsolving.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. ITIL PMP AWS) is a plus.
