Overview:
Looking for a self motivated Strong Business Analyst with past experience in eretail space and knowledge of backend fulfillment process. The Business analyst should have combination of structured and strategic thinking with problem solving skills. Must have excellent communication/written skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate should have demonstrated IT experience of 56 years as strong Business Analyst with good amount of technical acumen. Should have B2C or B2B business analysis experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work very closely with Program Manager Client Business Sponsor and come up with through analysis of current state of systems and assist the Program manager and Architect in articulating to be state of the system.
- Uses problem solving kills and past retail experience along with Ecommerce skills to help drive the business needs into epics and user stories
- Work with lead developers in assisting them to translate business user stores into appropriate technical requirements.
- Need to setup meetings with various business and technology stake holders to understand the system and also articulate very well about system to be built.
- Need to help UX designers by aggregating mental map of business requirements with user experience prototypes then identify gaps and provide constructive feedback.
- Need deeper research skills which includes analyzing data finding right content for right problem and reach out or reading articles to formulate hypothesis and substantiate it with appropriate backing material.
- Responsible for key business artifacts presentations and business communications.
Skills:
- Has strong Agile project management skills
- Familiar with tools like Jira confluence wiki AWS wiki
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Experience in fulfillment processes and procurement processes is a plus
- Experience in ecommerce metrics analysis through Google analytics Facebook pixel or similar tools.
- Meeting moderation and setting participant expectations and gathering right info through effective structured coordination is a must.
