Position Overview: The Senior Director of Marketing Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our companys business objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends customer behavior and competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills a proven track record of success and a passion for driving impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement overarching marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Define and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  2. Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
    • Oversee the development and of marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and customer service to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  3. Brand Management:

    • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning in the market.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
    • Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Digital and Traditional Marketing:

    • Drive digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM content marketing social media and email marketing.
    • Oversee traditional marketing channels such as print events and direct mail.
    • Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
  5. Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Monitor expenditures and financial performance to ensure marketing activities are costeffective.
  6. Stakeholder Communication:

    • Present marketing strategies plans and performance reports to senior executives and other key stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners agencies and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and traditional marketing channels.
  • Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
