Position Overview: The Senior Director of Marketing Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our companys business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement overarching marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Oversee the development and of marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and customer service to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning in the market.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Digital and Traditional Marketing:
- Drive digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM content marketing social media and email marketing.
- Oversee traditional marketing channels such as print events and direct mail.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.

Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and financial performance to ensure marketing activities are costeffective.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Present marketing strategies plans and performance reports to senior executives and other key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners agencies and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and traditional marketing channels.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
