Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all onsite activities for largescale concrete construction projects including civil stadium data centers and highrise multifamily developments.
• Supervise daytoday operations ensuring adherence to project schedules safety protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and other teams to ensure smooth project .
• Monitor site safety conditions enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Oversee material and equipment deliveries and ensure efficient resource management onsite.
• Troubleshoot any onsite challenges ensuring quick resolutions to maintain project timelines.
• Build strong working relationships with clients subcontractors and the project team to ensure seamless communication.
• Provide leadership training and mentoring to onsite teams fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in largescale concrete construction projects with a focus on civil construction highrise buildings stadiums and data centers.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Experience in managing projects valued at $10M or more.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and other construction documents.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on every project site.
