Project Superintendent Concrete Construction
Location: Arlington VA and Richmond VA

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all onsite activities for largescale concrete construction projects including civil stadium data centers and highrise multifamily developments.
- Supervise daytoday operations ensuring adherence to project schedules safety protocols and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and other teams to ensure smooth project .
- Monitor site safety conditions enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
- Oversee material and equipment deliveries and ensure efficient resource management onsite.
- Troubleshoot any onsite challenges ensuring quick resolutions to maintain project timelines.
- Build strong working relationships with clients subcontractors and the project team to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide leadership training and mentoring to onsite teams fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in largescale concrete construction projects with a focus on civil construction highrise buildings stadiums and data centers.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience in managing projects valued at $10M or more.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and other construction documents.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on every project site.
