Service Now Architect
Location: Remote should be available to work in PST

Architect Role
7 Years of Experience with ServiceNow application development
3 Years of Experience with Architect Solutioning
ServiceNow solution and design architecture experience provide domain architecture and technical aspects of projects to the client
Analyze host and estimate the time required to design develop and implement the technical solutions
Experienced of implementing ITSM ITOM and ITAM
Solutioning and Design the ITOM solution using industry best practices
Advise design and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other CMDB tools.
Experience with CMDB design architecture and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow CMDB model and extensions
Handson development to include creation configuration and customization of patterns Discovery Schedules probe sensors and Event rules
Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools automation of alerts application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods
Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery Service Mapping Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases.
3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow
Design and modify ServiceNow forms workflows scripts transform maps service maps web services inbound email actions SLAs and more.
MID Server management experience
Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations
Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances
