Experience
1015 years of PeopleSoft/Oracle Learning management (ELM)
Extensive knowledge in Peoplesoft enterprise learning management
Extensive experience with Application designer PeopleTools PeopleCode Application Engine App packages Integration Broker Workflows PS Query / XMLP SQR. Proficient in Oracle SQL writing skills. Extensive experience in creating functional technical design documents and project plans.
Experience in managing maintenance packs / upgrades and system testing.
Ability to solve complex software issues.
i. Responsible for Peoplesoft Learning management system requirements evaluation design development integration implementation customization and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft ELM Application and Question mark AMS (Assessment management system) to provide O&M Support of Peoplesoft ELM.
ii. Provide technical applications support to users which includes answering complex questions on function and usage of products training to users and performs application upgrades. investigates manages tracks and closes support issues specifically related to the learning management applications.
iii. Provide backup support for Oracle CRM (Customer relationship management) Verint former Conversocial SRM (Social Relationship Management).
iv. Understand analyze design develop implement and support requirements related to Learning management application. Configure PeopleSoft ELM modules to align with business requirements.
v. Represent DM at meetings and conferences with consultants contractors and other stakeholders of assigned systems.
vi. Perform problem resolution related to system design and implementation review and recommend approval of functional and technical design documents implement enhancements and modifications of PS ELM applications.
vii. Ability to develop written specifications documentation and user guides etc.
viii. Thorough technical and functional knowledge of Peoplesoft learning management (ELM) and Question mark AMS (Assessment management system)
ix. Experience in integrating with internal and external (thirdparty vendor) systems.
x. Develop new functionality or enhance existing functionality within PeopleSoft ELM application related to automations processes reports workflows integrations using People Tools People Code Application Engine Component Interface Integration Broker and other PeopleSoft development tools.
xi. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills. xii. Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
xiii. 10 years of techno functional experience related to Peoplesoft human capital management payroll Recruiting absence management Talent acquisition management ePerformance and other HCMrelated functions.
