General Responsibilities
Understand and analyze business processes and requirements related to human resources payroll benefits recruiting on boarding Talent Acquisition Time management and absence management.
Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules to align with business requirements. This includes setting up core HR Payroll Benefits recruiting / onboarding and other HCMrelated configurations.
Subject matter expertise on functionality of PeopleSoft HCM application modules Core HR Payroll Benefits Recruitment / application tracking time keeping and absence management TAM
Experience in integrating with internal and external (thirdparty vendor) systems.
Develop new functionality or enhance existing functionality within PeopleSoft HCM application related to automations processes reports workflows integrations using People Tools
People Code Application Engine Component Interface Integration Broker and other PeopleSoft development tools.
Assist in creating Test plan & Test scripts create test data & perform System testing.
Coordinate Prod deployment Post deployment support activities
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
10 years of techno functional experience related to Peoplesoft human capital management payroll Recruiting absence management Talent acquisition management ePerformance and other HCMrelated functions.
Education Bachelors Degree in computer science information systems software engineering or related field.
Experience
1015 years of PeopleSoft/Oracle HCM.
Extensive knowledge of all Human resource modules
Extensive experience with Application designer PeopleTools PeopleCode Application Engine App packages Integration Broker Workflows PS Query / XMLP SQR
Proficient in Oracle SQL writing skills.
Extensive experience in creating functional technical design
documents and project plans.
Experience in managing maintenance packs / upgrades and
system testing.
Ability to solve complex software issues.
Detail orientated.
