Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect endtoend solutions for retirement services platform implementation and migration projects.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring technical solutions align with strategic objectives.
• Develop comprehensive technical architecture including system integration data migration and platform customization.
• Oversee the design of data models workflows and application interfaces to ensure seamless functionality.
• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during platform migration and integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards in all technical solutions.
• Present technical architecture and solutions to client stakeholders and internal leadership.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a solutions architect in retirement services annuities or group benefits.
• Proven expertise in platform implementation migration and system integration.
• Strong understanding of retirement services platforms and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and managing client relationships.
