Job Description
A key player in digital services is looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX Specialist for their Paphos or Nicosia office. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in UI/UX design and be proficient in using various design software suites such as Adobe Creative Suite Figma Sketch etc.
You must be passionate about creating usercentred designs and have excellent time management and prioritising skills. Attention to detail patience and team player skills are also a musthave.

What Youll Do:
As UI/UX Specialist you will be at the forefront of conducting user research and usability tests and implementing the findings in wireframes prototypes and designs.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and other team members to define and implement innovative user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make adjustments on designs.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain cuttingedge.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with a high level of quality.
- Follow strict quality checking procedures to deliver a high quality professional product to the companys agreed standards.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must fulfil the following conditions:
- Bachelors degree in Design HCI or any other relevant field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma or similar.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced agile development environment.
- Prioritising tasks project time management skills meet deadlines 100%.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Creativity imagination patience and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) any other language (especially Greek) will be considered as an advantage.
Remuneration Package:
- Monthly fixed salary.
- Bonus mid and end of the year subject to performance.
- Work schedule Monday to Friday 09:00am to 05:00pm including a 30minute break.
- Up to 25 days of annual leave.
- 5 days of sick leave.
