Job Summary:
The Field Integration Technician will be responsible for the onsite installation integration and maintenance of Samsung products and solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Samsungs technology and a strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time. The Field Integration Technician will work closely with customers to ensure successful implementation and optimal performance of Samsung systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Integration:
- Perform onsite installation and integration of Samsung hardware and software products.
- Configure and optimize Samsung systems to meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Ensure all installations are completed according to company standards and guidelines.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for Samsung products and solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware software and connectivity issues.
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements as required.
Customer Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Train customers on the use and maintenance of Samsung products.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of installations service calls and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit reports on job status issues encountered and resolution provided.
- Document and report any product defects or issues to the appropriate department.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as technical support engineering and project management.
- Coordinate with other field technicians and service providers as necessary.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Compliance & Safety:
- Adhere to company policies procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
