Accounts Payable Accountant with French

Key Responsibilities:

• Coding and reconciling supplier invoices/credits
• Managing and processing supplier and internal customer reminders
• Matching and reviewing monthly supplier accounts
• Entering payment entries (direct debits)
• Issuing supplier invoice payments
• Analyzing and justifying monthly supplier balances and advances
• Analyzing and monitoring the aged balance
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French (B2C1 level) and English both written and spoken
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• You are familiar with ERP environments (preferably SAP) and are comfortable with IT systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
