Job Title: Employment Law Specialist (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employment law matters including employee relations labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Develop review and update company policies and procedures to ensure they are legally compliant.
- Assist with investigations into workplace issues grievances and disputes providing legal guidance and support.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address employee concerns and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in employment law and industry trends to proactively advise the company on potential impacts.
- Represent the company in employmentrelated legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on employment law topics and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in State/Country.
- Minimum of X years of experience in employment law preferably within a corporate environment.
- Indepth knowledge of federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
