Services Supervisor

Educational Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related disciplines.
Understanding of Public Services: Comprehensive knowledge of public utility services such as water, electricity, sewage, and waste.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Ability to monitor the quality of services provided and evaluate their performance in line with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Planning and Organizing: Ability to plan and organize work schedules to monitor and inspect public services, and ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Problem Solving: Strong skills in analyzing problems related to public services and providing effective solutions to improve the level of services.
Communication and Coordination: Good communication skills to interact with work teams, clients, and other relevant parties, ensuring clarity of all requirements and expectations.
Reporting: Ability to prepare detailed reports on the status of services provided, including any problems or improvements required.
