Maintenance Supervisor

Educational qualification: Obtaining a university degree in engineering, technology, or specializations related to maintenance.

Management of maintenance teams: The ability to lead and direct the maintenance team and distribute tasks effectively.

Planning and organizing: The ability to plan and organize periodic and emergency maintenance schedules, and prepare inventory lists and necessary resources.

Understanding systems: Good knowledge of maintenance systems and equipment used in the facility, including how to operate and maintain them.

Repair and repair skills: The ability to deal with technical malfunctions and perform effective repairs to equipment and systems.

Inventory management: The ability to manage the inventory of spare parts and tools, and ensure their availability when needed.

Effective communication: Strong communication skills to coordinate work with technical teams and other departments, and provide reports on the condition of equipment.
