- Track reconcile dispute (if necessary) and then process Market Data invoices accordingly
- Support procurement contract renewal process by sending alerts for upcoming renewals and helping track against key renewal/cancellation dates
- Process license moves adds and changes for designated products
- Partner with MDO on all Market Data Governance and Transparency initiatives
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College Degree in Financial Management Economics Accounting or other related business courses.
- 5 years experience in the finance industry
- Solid understanding of accounting systems cost management AP and FP&A
- You are detailoriented have strong relationshipbuilding skills and can articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- You are transparent and comfortable communicating issues openly and directly
- Advance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
- Asset management industry knowledge a plus
College degree in Finance, Accounting or related field of study 3-6 years of work experience; Investment Management Accounting experience Microsoft Office: Word and Excel are a must - required Experience in Geneva and Black Mountain Systems is preferred
