This is a remote position.

Role Name: Personal Assistant

Schedule:

  • Parttime 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 10 AM to 2 PM

Client Timezone: New Zealand Time Zone

Job Description

As a Personal Assistant in this multifaceted organization you ll play a crucial role in streamlining operations and enhancing productivity across both business and personal spheres. You ll be the linchpin that keeps the wheels turning smoothly managing a complex array of tasks from coordinating property development projects to ensuring family commitments are met. This position offers a unique blend of professional growth and insight into successful business management all while maintaining a healthy worklife balance with parttime hours.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and organize the executive s email inbox and calendar
  • Coordinate tasks across multiple business projects ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Handle personal errands and familyrelated communications including school matters
  • Implement and maintain robust followup systems for all assigned tasks
  • Prioritize and organize critical business and personal information
  • Assist in balancing professional responsibilities with familyrelated tasks
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of various hospitality ventures
  • Support property development initiatives through administrative assistance

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
