You will be working for a wellknown jewelry brand famous for its customizable charm bracelets rings necklaces and earrings. The brand is especially recognized for its unique charms that customers can add to bracelets to create personalized pieces of jewelry. It operates in many countries offering handfinished contemporary jewelry made from highquality materials.
Your Responsibilities:
- Management of incoming calls and email
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Polish(at least C1)
- Good level of English (at least B2)
