Overview
The Fusion Benefit TechnoFunctional Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Benefits modules for the organization. This individual is responsible for understanding business requirements configuring and customizing the system providing technical and functional support and ensuring the seamless integration of the benefits system with other HRMS modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for benefits administration.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Benefits modules based on business needs.
- Provide technofunctional support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefits processing and integrations.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the benefits system.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate benefits modules with payroll and other HR systems.
- Assist in the design and implementation of custom reports for benefits data analysis.
- Participate in the development and delivery of enduser training and documentation.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and patches and assess their impact on the benefits system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of benefits processes and system enhancements.
- Support the migration of data and configurations during system upgrades and implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Benefits modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in technofunctional analysis and configuration of benefit plans within Oracle Cloud.
- Indepth understanding of HRMS processes and integration points with benefits administration.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex technical and functional challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver highquality results within specified timelines.
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in benefits administration.
