Job Description
- Define test specifications based on project requirements.
- Automate tests using appropriate test automation tools.
- Execute both automated and manual tests thoroughly documenting the results.
- Identify troubleshoot and record software errors.
- Manage provision and utilize testing resources and environments effectively.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering with a focus on Technical Computer Science.
- Strong passion for software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience in creating and performing tests at various levels.
- Independent structured and solutionoriented working style with strong analytical thinking.
- Programming skills ideally in C and Python.
- Knowledge of systematic software testing methodologies.
- Willingness to undergo further training in software testing.
- Proficiency in both German and English (minimum C1 level in both languages).
- Experience with test automation.
- Fluency in German at C1 level.
- Experience in the Medical Technology industry.
- Familiarity with embedded systems.
- Exposure to regulatory environments such as medtech or automotive.
- Knowledge of GUI testing frameworks like Squish or QtTest.
- Experience with C in embedded systems.
- Familiarity with UML in embedded systems.
- iSTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level qualification is a plus.
