Overview
As a Process Trainer you will play a critical role in ensuring that employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform their roles effectively. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that align with the organizations processes and procedures ultimately contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiency and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees on process workflows systems and tools.
- Identify training needs and gaps through regular performance assessments and feedback analysis.
- Create training materials including presentations manuals and guides.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions ensuring understanding and retention of content.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content reflects current processes and best practices.
- Assist in the onboarding process by familiarizing new hires with organizational processes and systems.
- Stay updated on process changes and incorporate them into training materials and sessions.
- Utilize various training methodologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate training records and provide reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trainingrelated opportunities for enhancement.
- Participate in trainthetrainer programs to enhance training delivery skills.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards during training delivery.
- Provide support and guidance to employees in achieving processrelated competencies.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a process training or similar role.
- Demonstrated understanding of process workflows and best practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to analyze training needs and customize training content accordingly.
- Proficiency in utilizing various training methodologies and tools.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate trainees.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in training delivery.
- Experience in training program design and development.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training management systems.
- Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
