Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (10 years) in real estate sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing highperforming sales teams in a competitive market.
- Comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape in Mumbai including market dynamics property types and customer preferences.
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales data identify trends and make datadriven decisions to improve performance.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Indepth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in real estate sales and transactions.
