Job Description

Sales Head (Real Estate) Mumbai

Overview:

The Sales Head plays a critical role in leading the real estate sales team in Mumbai driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall business objectives. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills indepth knowledge of the real estate market in Mumbai and a strategic mindset to drive sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team to maximize their potential and foster a highperformance culture.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Review and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients agents and industry stakeholders.
  • Participate in negotiations for highvalue deals and contracts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and product offerings based on market feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Lead by example demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.
  • Monitor and manage sales budgets and forecasts effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (10 years) in real estate sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing highperforming sales teams in a competitive market.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape in Mumbai including market dynamics property types and customer preferences.
  • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze sales data identify trends and make datadriven decisions to improve performance.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business goals.
  • Indepth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in real estate sales and transactions.
  • Proficiency in sales management software CRM systems and MS Office suite.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment while maintaining a positive and motivational attitude.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Professional certifications in sales or real estate management are a plus.
