Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the endtoend recruitment process. This role involves sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the company s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes conduct interviews and manage candidate assessments.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Familiarity with social media recruiting.
Requirements:
Salary package: 1.80 2.40LPA
