Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying assessing and securing new business opportunities developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the aerospace market strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the aerospace industry.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and industry leaders.
Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute gotomarket strategies.
Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and contracts to potential clients.
Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities and initiatives.
Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to network and promote the company s offerings.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on business development strategies and opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in business development sales or a related role within the aerospace industry.
Strong understanding of the aerospace market including key players trends and technologies.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
