As the President with a focus on Engineering Management you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction of the engineering division while aligning it with the company s overall vision. Your leadership will ensure that engineering initiatives are executed efficiently fostering innovation and operational excellence. You will work closely with other executive teams to deliver exceptional results focusing on scaling engineering processes optimizing performance and fostering a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and inspire the engineering teams to drive product development and innovation.
- Establish the strategic direction for engineering aligning it with business goals and market needs.
- Oversee engineering operations ensuring high performance reliability scalability and quality of product delivery.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to define and execute longterm business goals.
- Ensure seamless crossfunctional collaboration between engineering product and other key departments.
- Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and high performance within the engineering teams.
- Optimize engineering processes to improve efficiency and scale ensuring the team meets deadlines and budgets.
- Lead talent development and engineering recruitment initiatives to build a highperforming team.
- Monitor industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to maintain the company s technical edge.
- Manage and maintain engineering budgets resources and key vendor relationships.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong technical background with experience in product development software engineering or hardware engineering.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large teams and delivering results at scale.
- Demonstrated success in scaling engineering teams and implementing bestinclass processes.
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear business opportunities.
- Strong strategic thinking decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with budget management resource allocation and financial planning for large engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to crossfunctional leadership.
Preferred:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree (MBA or M.S.) is a plus.
- Experience working in fastpaced growthoriented companies particularly in technology SaaS or product development environments.
