Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Devising and managing Electrical Engineering operation plans that are in line with health and safety standards regulations Quality standards and other statutory regulations.
- Managing CEB supply generators and other electricity distribution systems to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply.
- Managing electrical systems and equipment maintenance (including breakdowns Troubleing repairs and replacement) within budget while meeting elished guidelines and standards.
- Supporting user departments to improve efficiencies in utility usage in electricity air conditioning and cooling.
- Providing support and expertise on electrical related aspects for other company projects (including managing suppliers when needed)
- A BSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Mechatronic Engineering (An MSc in these areas will be a clear advantage).
- At least 6 years of previous experience managing electrical and utility aspects in the FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in SAP or any ERP system
- Experience in project management Quality/Safety/Environment management systems (EMS) and working with TPM/LEAN manufacturing concepts.
- A team work and peopledriven approach with the ability to work with and inspires diverse teams of people across different departments in the company.
