Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Turkishspeaking customers handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with a dynamic team and will be key in representing the company s commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via email phone and chat in Turkish
Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
Providing product information technical support and troubleshooting solutions
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and issues
Collaborating with team members and escalating complex issues as needed
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken)
Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach
Applicants must possess the necessary documentation to reside and work in Portugal
