Job Description

Overview:

The Office Assistant & Manager position is an important role within our organization as it involves managing administrative tasks and supporting the overall operations of the office. This position plays a crucial part in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow providing essential support to the management team and ensuring that the office functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and correspondence
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication including calls emails and mail
  • Assisting in the organization and maintenance of office common areas
  • Supporting the management team with various projects and tasks
  • Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
  • Contributing to the overall office organization and efficiency
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Managing office facilities and equipment
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new employees
  • Providing support for customer inquiries and interaction
  • Assisting in the coordination of travel arrangements
  • Conducting research and compiling data as needed
  • Assisting with the organization of company events and functions

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of office management software such as MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Detailoriented and proactive mindset
  • Customer service and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
  • Previous internship or parttime administrative experience is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Professional and positive attitude towards work and colleagues
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to the role
