Customer Success Agent German speaking

• Assist clients worldwide through live support
• Answer emails assist with opening client accounts amend existing accounts maintain client records
• Demonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette and management
• Handle backoffice queries
• Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
• Report to management and collaborate with all departments to resolve issues
• Provide support and troubleshooting on Trading Platforms
• Liaise with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and account approvals
• Handle client inquiries and ensure highlevel service
• Promote available products and services providing relevant information to clients
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving targeted results

• Professionally fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Degree in Business Studies or related field
• Previous experience in a similar position is a major advantage
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms is an advantage
• Ability to work rotational shifts: 09:0018:00 10:0019:00 and 12:0021:00 Monday to Friday
