Mauser Packaging Solutions is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Sourcing Manager Germany.

Tasks

• Generate and follow up on existing leads for the collection of empty packaging (IBC) in Germany
• Visit potential collection customers to direct empty packaging suitable for reconditioning to Mauser reconditioning sites in Germany
• Increase collection volumes
• Work closely with the collection team in Germany
• Act as the outside sales part of the collection team

Requirements

• technical/commercial focused apprenticeship
• Experienced with MS Office
• Proficient English and German language
• Packaging and market knowhow
• Experience in Direct Sales Business Development Cold Calling and / or Lead Generation is an advantage
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• High willingness and possibility to travel (>80%)
• Indipendent performer hunting mentality
• Affinity with technical products (industrial) packagingThe ability to negotiate
