Tasks

• Hiring Review: Evaluate candidates assign them to stages and send responses.
• Basic Responsibility Check: Check if people follow their responsibilities and resolve issues with empathy
• Checkins: Conduct regular checkins with the team.
• Organize Workations: Plan and manage team offsites.
• Employee development: Moderare Review Meetings and help people to achieve their goals
• Support: Be the goto person for team issues.

Requirements

MustHave:

• Empathy
• Reliability
• Good overview of current needs
• Ability to follow processes
• Proficient in English

NicetoHave:

• German language skills
• Experience in people management
• Background in psychology

Job Details
