Job Description
Job Title: RF MMIC Design Engineer
Department: HDD
Group: RFT
Qualification: B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
Location: Chennai
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented RF MMIC Design Engineer to join our HDD Department in the RFT Group. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of experience in designing RF circuits and MMICs including components like Power Amplifiers LNAs Switches Attenuators Phase Shifters and Mixers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and development of RF circuits and MMICs for various applications including Power Amplifiers LNAs Switches Attenuators Phase Shifters and Mixers.
Proficiency in using ADS and HFSS Simulation Tools for RF circuit design and analysis.
Indepth knowledge of GaAs InGaP SiGe and GaN fabrication processes and packaging.
Handson experience in waferlevel and benchlevel testing of MMICs particularly in Power Amplifier design.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop highperformance RF designs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in RF MMIC design and testing.
Required Skills:
1. Experience in RF Circuit MIC and MMIC Design for Power Amplifiers LNAs Switches Attenuators and other RF components.
2. Proficiency in ADS and HFSS simulation tools.
3. Familiarity with GaAs InGaP SiGe and GaN fabrication processes.
4. Experience in waferlevel and benchlevel testing.
5. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
