Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist for our client in Mumbai (AndheriEast) with a strong 3 to 4 years of (minimum) social media strategy experience. The ideal candidate is the one who is updated on the latest trends and know how to implement branding strategies effectively across social platforms to drive results. And should be able to provide updates to clients effectively at regular intervals and achieve the clients expectations.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to client websites and social media platforms.
  • Create and manage social media content calendar including written and visual posts.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor social media platforms for latest trends technologies and changes in the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with stakeholder to create crossfunctional social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand the clients social media reach.
  • Develop and present reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Required qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing / Communications / Public Relations or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3 to 4 years of proven work experience as a social media strategist or similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media platforms like Instagram Linkedin X etc
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)
  • Proficiency in content creation copywriting and visual storytelling.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills client interactions (online & offline)
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to develop innovative social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional departments.
