We re searching for a Product Designer with the passion and drive to craft the next generation of digital experiences. This role goes beyond just creating beautiful designs it s about shaping impactful products through thoughtful UX & UI all while evaluating the difference between good and bad design with a sharp eye.

If youre ready to challenge design norms and lead projects with creativity innovation and ownership this is the place for you.

Annual Compensation: 68 LPA

Location: Bengaluru

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in digital product design.

What You ll Do:

Design for Impact: Create seamless userfriendly UI/UX across various digital products.
Illustration & Visuals: Develop illustrative elements that enhance the product s personality.
Evaluate Design Quality: Distinguish between strong impactful designs and those that need refinement.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers product managers and other designers to bring concepts to life.
Push Creative Boundaries: Constantly innovate and experiment with forwardthinking designs.

UI/UX Mastery: Expertise in designing digital products with functional beautiful interfaces.
Creative Problem Solver: Innovate within constraints while leading design decisions.
Good Taste in Design: Ability to evaluate and articulate the difference between effective and ineffective design.
Leadership: Ownership of design processes and leading by example.
