Shape the Future of Design at The Alter Office
We re seeking a Senior Product Designer with the vision and expertise to not only design products but to shape their direction from the ground up. You ll lead teams innovate across projects and bring strategic design leadership that drives both user and business goals. This role is for those who thrive on ownership and pushing design boundaries while ensuring every interaction is meaningful and impactful.
Annual Compensation: 1012 LPA
Location: Bengaluru
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of product design experience.

What You ll Do:
- EndtoEnd Product Design: Lead the design process from ideation to ensuring every touch point delivers a cohesive and exceptional user experience.
- Build from the Ground Up: Take charge of product design for new platforms defining UX/UI strategies and building scalable design systems.
- Design Leadership: Mentor junior designers provide creative direction and ensure design consistency across projects.
- Collaborate on Product Vision: Partner with product managers developers and stakeholders to align design with business goals and user needs.
- Drive Innovation: Introduce forwardthinking concepts while balancing usability and functionality ensuring each design pushes creative boundaries.
- Evaluate & Refine: Critically assess design quality ensuring that the work delivered solves real problems and adds value to the user experience.
