Key Responsibilities:
- Write Amazing Prompts:
- Design and develop effective and optimized prompts that ensure AI models deliver highquality accurate and relevant outputs.
- Continually refine prompt techniques to improve response accuracy.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to craft prompts for various business needs.
- Write and Implement Test Cases:
- Develop detailed test cases to assess prompt performance ensuring robust and reliable outcomes from AI models.
- Utilize both automated and manual testing to identify edge cases measure efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
- Set up prompt evaluation frameworks that can scale for continuous model improvement.
- Evaluate AI Models:
- Assess the behavior of large language models and other AI tools against businessspecific metrics and goals.
- Track and analyze model performance based on the prompts provided using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Provide actionable feedback to data scientists and AI engineers to optimize model outputs and performance.
- Train AI Models:
- Participate in training and finetuning of models by providing relevant data and prompts that enhance the model s learning capabilities.
- Assist in building datasets for training new models and updating existing ones with the most relevant and uptodate information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to approach challenges from multiple angles.
Proficient in using Generative AI tools (e.g. OpenAI s GPT models Claude or others) to generate code content and ideas.
Excellent understanding of AI model evaluation techniques including prompt optimization and performance analysis.
Handson experience with AIdriven tools and technologies and familiarity with modern machine learning frameworks.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical results and processes clearly and concisely.
