Job Summary: The Area Training Manager for the Banca Channel is responsible for developing implementing and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the banca channel. This role will ensure that all staff are equipped to provide exceptional service drive sales and achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the banca channels needs.
- Create training materials manuals and elearning content to facilitate effective learning.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions workshops and seminars for staff at various levels.
- Utilize various training methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Performance Assessment:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training content and delivery methods.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align training objectives with business goals.
- Collaborate with external training providers and subject matter experts to enhance training offerings.
- Coaching and Mentorship:
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainers and staff to reinforce learning.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on training outcomes participant engagement and overall effectiveness.
- Analyze training needs and trends within the banca channel to proactively address skills gaps.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on market trends and changes within the banking sector to keep training relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Education Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the banca channel and its operations.
- Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with elearning platforms and training software.
- Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
- Leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
