• Utilize typography to enhance readability and emotional impact selecting appropriate font styles and pairings.
• Implement color theory considering harmonies and color psychology to influence design outcomes.
• Develop layouts that effectively arrange visual elements using grid systems and appropriate white space.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign for various design projects.
• Familiarity with additional design tools such as CorelDRAW and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Understand different file formats (JPEG PNG SVG PDF) and their appropriate applications.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for web design projects.

• Exhibit strong creativity and the ability to generate original concepts and innovative design solutions.
• Convey messages and narratives effectively through visual storytelling techniques.
• Maintain and create consistent brand identities across all design platforms.

• Stay updated on current design trends and best practices to ensure our designs are modern and relevant.
• Understand the integration of design within marketing strategies particularly for advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of designing for both print and digital media including an understanding of color modes (CMYK/RGB) and print specifications (bleeds DPI).
