Overview
The Marketing Analytics Consultant plays a vital role in leveraging data to drive strategic marketing decisions and optimize business performance. They are responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations through advanced analytics and datadriven approaches enabling the organization to make informed marketing decisions and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement statistical models and predictive analytics to understand customer behavior and identify key marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and execute datadriven marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to assess effectiveness and make datadriven recommendations for optimization.
- Design and execute A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Provide insights into market trends competitive landscapes and customer segments to support strategic marketing decisionmaking.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to effectively communicate marketing performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct deepdive analysis on customer journey attribution and lifetime value to inform marketing strategies and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for marketing automation and personalization through data analysis and segmentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy integrity and availability for marketing analytics purposes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices emerging technologies and analytical tools to continuously improve marketing analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics Marketing Statistics Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing analytics business intelligence or data analysis in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation analysis and visualization tools such as SQL R Python Tableau or Power BI.
- Expertise in statistical modeling hypothesis testing and advanced analytics techniques.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles consumer behavior and customer segmentation.
- Ability to translate complex data and findings into actionable insights and compelling visual narratives.
- Experience in marketing campaign analysis performance measurement and optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey analytical results and recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail with a focus on driving business impact through datadriven decisionmaking.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms web analytics and CRM systems is a plus.
